Registration Policies

• Exam registration is not open-ended. By registering for an exam, you are committing to a specific exam session, and you may not postpone from one testing period to another, i.e. you cannot change your April exam registration to October. If you are unable to sit for the exam for which you are registered, or if you do not pass, you automatically become eligible to retake the exam during any future exam session for a flat $450 retake fee. Please contact us if you want to make use of the retake fee at info@fdpinstitute.org. 
• Exam registrations cannot be transferred to other individuals. 
• Deferments are not allowed and will not be granted to Candidates who are unable to sit for the exam due to failure to secure an exam appointment at either a physical or remote location or lack of availability of a valid visa or passport.
• Refunds - Enrollment fees are non-refundable. The FDP Institute will grant refunds of exam registration fees only, net of any applicable fees if refunded via bank wire, if the individual cancels the registration within 14 days of the date of the purchase.  To cancel a registration and apply for a refund of the exam registration fee, the individual must email the FDP Institute at candidate@fdpinstitute.org.
